I used pressure treated lumber on all the outside edges. The rest is a mix of Pressure treated lumber, original lumber and full dimensional antique lumber given to me by my friend up the street. I used joist hangers on all the straight joists.
I should be able to start laying the flooring on Friday.

How did you make the curve?
I used the one good piece of old wood left on the curve as a template and traced them onto 2x8's and 1x8's then sandwiched them together.

We are looking at demolishing the cement porch and replacing it with a wooden one. We would have to construct one of these curves from scratch - no template!
